Can I restrict a user from accessing a plugin?

I am the owner of a site & I want to restrict a current admin from accessing private content on the site. We have a job application form that’s up on the site & I want to be the only person to access the submissions (it’s submitted through Caldera Forms). Can I do this with your plugin?
