Can I reverse the 3.5 upgrade?

If you made a backup before the upgrade, then simply restore your backup.

If you did not make a backup, then you cannot roll back.

I did not back up my site before I did an upgrade.
Is there anyway to go back to the pervious version.
In this version I can not save or edit any of my content.
