Can I run it in parallel with Crayon?

it is impossible to use Crayon together with Enlighter.

you can take a look onto the following filter functions which converts Crayon code on-the-fly to EnlighterJS codeblocks without altering the content: https://github.com/EnlighterJS/Plugin.WordPress/issues/136
