    The site you linked to is actually a WordPress.com account that is using a registered domain.

    Subscribe2 delivers similar functionality for www.ads-software.com self installed blogs. The best way to see if is to install it on a development version of the site, test it out and configure it on there. Then, once you are satisfied with the configuration duplicate that onto your production site.
