Can I send a newsletter using post tags?

Hi, I’m using the MailPoet Newsletters version 2.7.1. I’m wondering if it’s possible to send automatic newsletters or emails with the latest posts, using tags. So if I have a user that is only interested in posts tagged with “motherhood” “chronic illness” and “lessons learned” is it possible to set up a customized newsletter or email so the user receives only the latest posts tagged with those specific tags?

Or, if this is not possible with the free version, is it possible with the paid version?
