Can I send email to role specific users?

Currently, it is only possible to select a specific list while creating campaigns and not based on user roles. But you can add the newly registered users to a role-specific list for eg. You can create a list called Customer List and create a workflow with Trigger as ‘User Registered’ that performs an action to add the user into that list.
