Can I set the plugin to link to my homepage instead of the individual post page?

I’m using the WP Testimonials Pro plugin to display quotes from customers… they are separate posts and I would like to use the Twitter Card meta plugin to share them… but I want to link back to the site homepage and not each individual post. Can I set the plugin to always link back to the homepage URL?
