Can I take the original URL from the image?

I would like to ask whether there is a way to take the original URL of some image and then display that image with that original URL (image links to that URL).
For instance:
I have 7 images in this post:
https://www.g510keyboard.net/?p=59
They all link to this URL:
https://www.g510keyboard.net/recommends/astronomy
it’s actually a jump script that is made by a plugin, but it’s not important anyway. It could be any URL.
Now, if I want “get the image” to display, say the first and the fifth image from that post on the home page… is there a way to retain this URL:
https://www.g510keyboard.net/recommends/astronomy
on the featured images?
If there is, how can that be achieved?
