Can I un-active a demo??

  • I had JUST FINISHED all the content on my website. Then I imported/activated the Ocean “stylist” theme, and it wrote over all my content. I’m about to lose my mind. I don’t have my site backed up yet, I’m just getting started. Is there ANY WAY to reverse this?? I *just* did it 10 mins ago. UGHHHHHHH

    Sorry to hear that you had such an experience.

    The only way to return before the import is to restore the backup.

    You can contact your hosting provider. Maybe they have a backup.

    If you want to delete the current site from any content, you can reset WordPress with one of the following plugins: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/search/WordPress+Database+Reset/. But remember that resetting the WordPress database will delete all information, including content, menu settings, etc.
