Can I uninstall the plugin after using it?

Hi, Thank you for creating this plugin to easily edit the wp-config file.

Now after using it, I don’t see myself editing the file any further. Is it safe if I uninstall it? By uninstall, will the changes I make remain when I uninstall this plugin?
