Can I update a menu navigation label without breaking the page link?

    I would like to update the menu label that appears on the header of my site for my Blog page. If I update the menu navigational label from “Blog” to “Life”, will this break the current blog page link?

    I have content and other pages that link to my blog page, so I want to make sure if that page’s URL becomes https://womenwhofast.com/home/life/ – that I won’t need to find all external links and update them.
