Can I use an email to mark my order completed

  • Is there some kind of plugin that let’s you change the order status via an email?

    My orders are being handled by some other system that is able to generate an email when an order is complete, I use woocommerce as a portal only. This system can generate an email when the order is complete.

    Is there any way of letting woocommerce know via email that an order has to change from processing to complete via an automated email?

    Any (paid)plugin that can handle this?

    Not that I know of however yes this can be done.

    Can this be done inside wordpress? I have no idea how I would built the listener for the email.

    From what I understand of your description, you want a way to change order status in WooCommerce via email right? So the link has to be embeded inside an email. Yes this can be done as long as your other system is able to get the link from the order at hand. The function to actually change the status can be built.
