Can I use for site with self upload of properties?

I am building a site for a niche property market. Will not have IDX. Want agents or owners to be able to upload their own listings and photos. Want the properties to be displayed on different areas of the site based on predetermined tags (property types and locations).

Need agents/owners to be able to create an account and manage their own listings, but I want to be able to remove or archive too.

Would also like to be able to charge for ad/listing placement.

Will this plugin work for these things? Advice? Thanks
