Can I use it to book meeting rooms?

    Hello:

    I’m playing with the plugin and seeing if it’s possible to use it to make a booking/reservations for some meeting rooms in an office building. Note: There is no payment involved.

    I’ve set utp the services as: Meeting room1, meeting room 2, etc. And 30 minutes blocks as minimum. But how can I choose to reserve a room from 1 pm to 2:30 pm…
    Is there a way to add a drop down menu with start hour and another for end hour…?
    It only lets me choose one 30 minute block.

    Also Add some additional comments/fields for the meeting’s requirements and send the reservation message to the administrator.

    Thanks for your questions! The plugin handles timing by way of service hours. So for example, if you need appointments in varying times, you can create services like so:

    Service A – 1 hour
    Service A – 1-1/2 hour
    Service A – 2 hours

    Then users could select the duration they need based on the service duration.

    Does that sound viable to you?

    Additional fields aren’t available in this free version, though that could be custom coded. The plugin does have a lot of hooks to make it easier for developers to add that as well.
