it’s working fine. but i am using the same API on this website https://tradeai.biz/ it’s not showing the chatbot on the frontend.

The display of the chatbot and the OpenAI’s key are not linked so the problem would come from elsewhere. Please ensure you correctly use the Site-Wide option or reference the good ID in your shortcode.

If that’s already the case, disable other plugins to make sure that AI Engine is working on its own. Sometimes, third-party builders or optimization plugins mess with the display of the chatbot.
