Unfortunately, as of now, Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg does not support AMP yet. However, it is on our to-do list. We’ll try to improve the scenario in our future updates.

One of my recent clients wanted a fully AMP One-Page Site without any additional page builder but because of some requirements, I convinced them to use Elementor along with Astra.
