    Hey there,

Thanks for your interest in us, we love to help! When using the CF7 Integrations plugin, you need to make sure your CF7 forms has a Full Name field instead of First and Last Name fields separately.

Therefore, you will not be able to map your “[first_name], [last_name] and [email]” form but you will be able to map a form as “[full_name] and [email]”.

We hope this helps and if there’s anything else we can do for you please let us know.

    May leads be upon you!
    Kind Regards,

Thank you for your response. I am using MailChimp and my database has a first and last name in the database for personalization. I will look for another method to do this and not use your plugin… thanks.

The first names and last names, mputed on the same field in cf7, are separated into separate fields for first and las name fields. ContactUs.com does this on purpouse to reduce the number of fields the user has to fill in. ( So in the database and what you can send to mailchimp are two separate fields, but in the form its a single field).

    Hi there,

Thanks for your response wjgoodman and aguitta. Fortunately, aguitta is correct. Your CF7 Form will show the full name field only, but the information goes to ContactUs.com as First and Last Name separately.

Therefore, the information will arrive into MailChimp with the first and last names separated. ContactUs.com is perfectly suitable for your needs. ??

We hope to be of assistance and we look forward to have you onboard. Have a nice day!

    May leads be upon you!
