Can I use this plugin to remove “tags” base from the URL?

    Just so it is domain.com/phone instead of domain.com/tags/phone

    Yoast does this but for categories only

    Yes, you can use this plugin to remove tags from the URL but you need to manually remove tags from the each tag URL.
