Can I use UUID (create a serial number) and integrate with Contact Forms 7 ?

  • I want to be able to generate a unique serial number for a user who has just bought software on my site.
    I think UUID might be the way to go.

    Is this possible to integrate into Contact Forms 7 ? And any tips on how to do that would be appreciated.

    Do you use a CF7 form as an order form?

    No, I don’t use as an order form. I use cf7 to create a questionnaire and then I create a pdf with results and store on the server. so each pdf needs to have a different ID. it would need to increment by 1 each time.
