Can I view baskets without checkout?

    Hi,
    a simple question : I’d like to see into the users basket, but I believe such users does not reach the checkout page and did not insered any data.

    Is this possible?

    Hi @kraemit,

    I understood that you as a site admin want to see the products that the user has added to the cart without going to the checkout page.

    If I understood it correctly then it is possible from our plugin that the site admin can see the abandoned order details on the “Abandoned Orders” tab of our plugin. In this, the abandoned order with the user’s details like name and email (if the user has entered it on the checkout page) and the product which the user has abandoned will be displayed on the “Abandoned Orders” tab.
