can install plugins, add images , insert articles but not uploads

  • Good day
    I’d like to help.
    I installed the latest wordpress version ( 4.4).
    In that clean installation I can install plugins, add images , insert articles.
    But I can not do updates. Gives the following error.
    Update failed : Unable to create directory

    Someone help me?

  • This should be a file permission issue. Did you not check file permissions and try to fix any related issues ?

    I check it. All folders are 777.
    I can instal, add media, etc.

    On update a plugin the error is still the same.
    Update failed : Unable to create directory

    don’t you get a directory name? if you get any name, create the directory with that name manually and try to install it.

    Already solved the problem .
    I reinstalled the previous version of wordpress ( 4.3.1 ) .
    The 4.4 should have any bug …
