    When I have 1 ad, it comes in three different sizes for responsiveness.

    300×250 -> Device Mobile only
    470×90 -> Device Tablet only
    728×90 -> Device Desktop only

    All 3 ads are in a group. The group is displayed on the site.

    Can I track GROUP impressions and GROUP clicks and disable the group when a certain amount of impressions are counted?

    And can I rotate different GROUPS?

    The longer answer is except for tracking and the tablet only option you can build this using the free version of Advanced Ads.
