Can it dynamically change what video is played…?

  • Hello,

    This plugin it great and works nearly as I was hoping it would, however a big draw-back (at least in my situation) is that only the first video is played inside the page. To view other videos the user needs to leave the site.

    I was wondering if clicking on the other thumbnails might repopulate the player URL.

    I don’t know if this is an issue with my installation or a feature that is not implemented. If it is not implemented I can customize it, but before I do I wanted to ask here.

    That is how it should be working. Clicking the thumbnails should change the player to that video. Do you have a link for me to look at?

    It sounds like the script doesn’t get loaded. Maybe, but I doubt this, check the settings tab and make sure that the JS part is checked. Other than that I’d need a link or if you have any other popup type plugins running.

    I think he might mean auto-play the next video in the playlist.

    kentfarst I will check if the javascript is loading. This installation has many plugins, some which may be conflicting as you say.

    I really need to get an example up eh? You can check wolfmagazine.com (kinda nsfw) and compare the markup. I believe they still use this plugin.

    There was an issue reported but the person bailed before i could work through it. Something was causing the thumbnail links to have the wrong video id, most likely another plugin was overwriting it with poorly targeted JS.
