thank you for your interest in Blog2Social. With our plugin you can post to profiles, pages and in Google+ communities.

Each collection can be shared publicly, privately, or with a custom set of people. Once you create your first collection, your profile will display a new tab where other people can find and follow your collections.” -Google+, May 2015
As far as I’m concerned collections are set up by profiles themselves, meaning someone will need to add you or your page to their collection in order for you to appear there.
After you have been added, your automated posts should appear in the collection.
