Can it replace the need to use P3 plugin?

    Earlier we had the P3 plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/p3-profiler to check plugin load speed. (It has not been updated in over 3 years.) It was one way to notice the difference between plugins. Can load speed of site resources also be added to this feature plugin? As it would be great to see how different resources affects the site.

    So that’s not as straight forward a question as one would hope. One one hand, it fits well into the general theme of this plugin, identify slowdowns and potential bad things on your site, on the other hand, it’s not something we can “guide” the user through. A plugin may be perceived as slowing down your site, but it turned out ot just be a big plugin that needs that much more time and resources (think WooCommerce vs a lightbox plugin for example).

    So it wouldn’t fit the Site Status part of it.

    I agree that the P3 plugin was a great asset though, and I would love to see something like that resurface, if it’s going to be in this plugin, or some other plugin, I can’t say, but if anyone wants to work on a feature for the Tools section that does this, I’m willing to entertain the thought and see how it fits.
