Can it send emails in batch?

I have a limit imposed by the web-hosting provider allowing 50 email/hour. However, I am using “Subscribe to Comments” at present. It sends out emails in bulk, thus causing most of my emails bounce on threads having >50 commenters. Does this plugin allow (1) migrating from StC to StCR? and (2) sending emails in batch?
