  • I’m trying to make Really Static work with WPML.

It works if you use in WPML the option “each language in its own directory” when setting what type of URL to use for languages.

So, in Really Static, the default language (the one whose pages are placed in the root directory and do not go into any specific language directory) works OK.

Other languages are also created in static pages… but in this ones something gets broken on the menu links.

This is an example. My site is in spanish (default) and english:

My english pages are placed in a directory like this:

    root/en/index.html
    root/en/page-name/index.html
    etc.

but Really Static writes the wrong URLS in the menu links of those english pages:

    root/en/root/page-name/index.html
    instead of
    root/en/page-name/index.html

So the menu links don’t work in the english version of my site. I’m trying to figure out a hack to fix this but don’t know how to do it.

    Any suggestion from the developer?

    Thanks!

Did you ever get this resolved? As I’m currently stuck with the same thing. All pages in the main language (English) are created in the static site, but many pages in the secondary language (French) are missed out.

    Thanks
