Can it use in two different shipping methods?

It is really helpful and easy to use.
But I still have a question.
Can it use in two different shipping methods?

For example, there are some different area which has the same postcode. And I want to limit the distance by using your plugin. Not only the flat rate option, but free shipping option also need to be limited.

Is there any good advice for this situation?
