Can it will be Shortcode?

    So I just found out about your plugin from searching online.
    It seems just like what I need.

    Can I use shortcode in order to present this form inside a popup – so that the first thing people will see is this popup, and if they click no they will be re-directed to a page that says they can not use this website since they are not from the ZIP codes that I provided?
