    Can Jetpack Social be used without a paid plan? It requests to connect my domain docs.zoncircle.com to WordPress.com, when I try to configure Jetpack Social and this requires a paid plan. Do I miss anything?

    Absolutely! Connecting your site to a WordPress.com account is necessary for Jetpack, as certain features, including Jetpack Social’s auto-share, require this connection. However, a paid plan isn’t mandatory to start with. Jetpack offers a free option, which you can find by scrolling to the bottom of their pricing page:

    https://jetpack.com/pricing/

    This should enable you to use Jetpack Social without needing a paid plan.

    Hi,

    I’m not entirely sure what took you to that flow on WordPress.com, but it looks like it’s related to transferring your domain there, which I don’t think you want to do. I can see that docs.zoncircle.com is up and running, and you have a Jetpack connection, so you should be all set!

    If you go to https://docs.zoncircle.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/sharing you will be able to enable the auto-sharing feature (if it is not already) and there is a link to connect your social media accounts

    Yes, I can see the site is self-hosted. The screenshot you shared was from WordPress.com, so you must have somehow been redirected there. Perhaps as you created the connection to the Jetpack site?

    However, it isn’t a problem because the site is connected and should be able to use Jetpack Social now.
