Can limits be set and lifted dynamically?

Just a quick general enquiry regarding your plugin. I haven’t installed it yet but it does appear to provide some of the functionality I need, however, I need to be able to set limits and apply new limits based on customer payments. Is it possible to do this with your plugin? (Maybe in combination with other plugins?) or would I need to hire a developer for this functionality?
