Can login to the site by entering wrong captcha

Thank you for the excellent plugin. All works fine, except one thing.

It is possible to login to the site by entering wrong captcha also. I have given the validation message for wrong captcha. But it is not showing. How can I recover this?

Validation message for wrong captcha are showing for Register form, Forgot Password form and login form using wp-admin.
