Can manager specific agent

    Hello.
    Can im add manager who can make booking for specific agent.
    Example Agent name is: Scarlet, Manager is Rich.
    Rich can add booking to agent Scarlet ?
    And if Scarlet (agent) have other agent Roka and other example 6 agent.
    Can Rich make booking for him ?
