Can my site be built with wordpress and its plugins?

Hi,

I am looking forward to building a website for doctors and patients.Mainly kind of community where in patients ask doctors about their health related problems and doctors reply to them. Patients can also select which doctors they want to talk to..Further adding appointment request in the application too…

The doctor should be able to see all patient talk history.
i dont think buddypress is going to help me build this as it is for social networking kind of app…

Are there any sites already done like this..?

Any ideas if it can be done? or any plugin if you experts might know that does that…?
