Can NextGen do any of this without a 3rd party plugin?

I was trying out some features of the WP Nimble Portfolio plugin and I really love the idea (although I still have problems with it).
Are there any templates available for NextGen that would give me these kind of features? – Sortable gallery views –https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/nextgen-gallery/
