Can no longer add pets through system

When i go to add a pet now after updating to 4.4.1, the add pet editor page appears, but the fields act strange. The title field no longer shows the grey ‘enter pet name here’, the large editor is not displaying the icons across the top and i cannot enter anything into it. I also no longer see the ‘pet manager’ panel on the right side. Do you anticipate an update soon? Thank you!
