Can no longer add triggers

  • After updating to the latest version, the ability to add “Triggers” has disappeared from the live chat menu. Somne of the other options seem to have been removed from the menu and I can’t find these within other areas such as the tools or settings tabs.

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately triggers is one of the capabilities we’ve had to remove from the plugin due to technical issues during our re-write of the plugin.

    We plan to re-add it, however some time is required.

    Please keep in mind that our product release cycle is currently paused and will resume at the start of September, so there will be a slight delay till you see this fixed.

    So you are sure the trigger will be in the next release?

    Any news about the trigger function? I’ve still 23 sites on version 8.2.0 waiting for this function to come back.
