Can no longer edit pages

  • I have been editing a website associated with aimexfoods.com. In the last 48 hours I have noticed that I am unable to edit any of my wordpress pages. The content is still there (i.e., I can see the website), however, when I go to edit the theme I am using (Divi) it simply never responds. I have deactivated plugins, checked File manager settings to see if it was a memory limit, ensured all updates were installed, etc. and nothing has happened. I had the theme company login and check it and they noticed a good deal of errors associated with the TINYMCE? (sorry my technical abilities have been exhausted). Is there anyone that has experienced something similar or would have any reccomendations on how to fix this?

    Yes I have discussed with Divi. They told me it was a hosting issues who then explained I need to speak with WordPress. Any suggestions other than speaking with someone else?

    Try contacting your host then… I think the host is Hostopia.

    In the meantime try to install the Health Check Plugin and see if it adds any clues to this problem.

    The Tiny MCE error means the older editor is acting up.

    Can you tell us anything else about your system there?

    Did you add any plugins, change themes, upgrade the system or upgrade anything else?
