Can not access dashboard or website

  • reciveing a http error 500. Godaddy found this error. I can not access my dashboard. I am assuming this is caused by a plug in. but I can not get access to disable the plug ins.

    Fatal error: Cannot declare class WP_Metadata_Lazyloader, because the name is already in use in G:\PleskVhosts\magicvalleygemclub.org\httpdocs\wp-includes\class-wp-metadata-lazyloader.php on line 32
