• I cannot access my dashboard. This is what I get.

    The admin of this site does not allow users to access the wp dashboard. Go back to the home page by?clicking here.

    This website itself appears to be fine, I just cannot access the dashboard. Not sure what to do. I did submit a ticket to GoDaddy, but not sure if there is anything they can do.

    Thank you in advance.

    I can access www.ads-software.com, but cannot access wordpress.com

    I cannot access my dashboard. This is what I get.

    It seems you forgot to provide what you got (the error message), so I’m not really sure what you’re referring to.

    When I tried visiting your website, I saw a message saying: Access Denied – GoDaddy Website Firewall.
    If this is what you’re referring to, then it’s GoDaddy’s firewall that’s blocking you. (It seems this is powered by Sucuri.)

    but cannot access wordpress.com

    Your website is hosted with GoDaddy, not WordPress.com.

    So if you’ve opened a ticket with GoDaddy/Sucuri, just wait for them to respond, and continue to work with them until your problem is resolved. No one here can change GoDaddy’s firewall settings.

    If the problem you’re seeing is NOT the firewall blocking I encountered, then please provide details of your problem, including any specific error messages or a screenshot of the problem.

    Good luck!

    Make sure you’re logging in with your admin account.

    If you’re supposed to be an admin, ask another admin to promote your account again.

    If there is no other admin, and you are not using Multisite, access your database via phpMyAdmin (most hosting providers offer this in your hosting account’s control panel), go to the wp_users table and find the row for your user_login. Note the ID of this row. Now, go to the wp_usermeta table and find the wp_capabilities row for your user_id. Set the value of this row to:

    a:1:{s:13:"administrator";b:1;}

    Problem solved. It appears that Microsoft Edge was trying to log me in with my regular user account rather than my admin account. I deleted shortcut and cleared all history and caches. Now everything is back up and running normal. Thank you to all that helped
