Can not access Local Host anymore after changing the setting to my website

Hi there.

I need help accessing my wordpress…
New to wordpress. Had not launched.
I was using local host.
Changed one of the settings to my domain name and lost total access to my local host…
When trying to log in through WP LOG IN… I could see my site name on top and the log in on the bottom…
It could not log in.
I need assistance please!
