Try to remove this complete plugin. first via plugin directory.

then add it again and try to activate it..

Hi, I have activated the plugin correctly. But where do I put in the additional PHP code? I am trying to add new fields to the sign up form

How do I use this plugin to add code? Please please reply fast!

    Hi @pankaj1997,

I recommend using a “Customizations plugin” to add the RH field definitions (per the documentation). A starting point is the Register Helper Example plugin we’ve posted on the documentation page for Register Helper.

    Hope this helps!

PS: It would be helpful to us, as far as being able to see your request for help, if you posted your issue in a separate thread in the future.

I am sorry if I was not very clear.

But what I am asking is, which PHP file in the system should I add new code to? And if I want to modify properties of existing fields such as email, how may I achieve that?

Pankaj, we can’t walk you through programming step by step. Also, try to avoid “hijacking” existing threads. If you start a new thread, it’s easier to follow up on your specific case.

RE what file to change: The docs Thomas linked to has a zip file of a plugin you can download and then install through WordPress. It will put the plugin in your /wp-content/plugins/ folder in a new folder and file.

The doc also has information on how to change the properties of the fields.

If this is a bit much for you, you should find a PHP/WP developer to help or sign up for premium support on our site.
