Can not add new item to auction

I can send you a screen shot. Basicially everytime you try to post a new item, also I have tried the up the amount of items fix listed in the forums and that did not help. it is like it is the old bug from 3.7.4
It gives error saying you have to have description but you can not type in the description area, you can in the short but not the long. Then when you fill out everything else and post it. Error says you can not post without description.
