Can not add new restrict rules

    I get the same message !

    Even without using specific rule I can’t use the shortcake.

    I used this on a page but it doesn’t work 

    normal content blablabla
[restrict allow_role="administrator" condition="any"]secret content[/restrict]
normal content

    Why is this not working with WP 4.6.1
