Can not add Youtube, Dailymotion and Embed Videos

    I can’t add any videos to my site. I’m using the newest version of the plugin and wordpress. it worked before more or less. Now even with the api key entered. It does not generate any details for youtube videos. it is just blank.

    I’m using the free version (for now) so I don’t know if it is not supported there, but I can not add Dailymotion videos. When I copy youtube urls it at least shows the generate details button, but nothing for dailymotion. It actually never worked with dailymotion. Also I can not add embed videos since there is no option for that.

    Something seriously wrong there… any ideas ?

    Ok its even worse. After the update everything is super slow and I can’t watch a single video. is there a fast way to fix this ?

    I reinstalled it but it is still slow and I can’t add dailymotion videos or embed code from other sites.

    Hi,

    Generate detail button will be enabled only for the YouTube videos and not for Dailymotion and Viddler videos. But thumb and preview images will be generated for all the above mentioned types. The only thing is, YouTube will also fetch title, description and tags, whereas the other two methods will not. So, try adding Dailymotion videos without ‘generate detail’ button.

    Regarding ’embed code’ option, this will be enabled only if you have purchased the pro version and entered the license key in WP Admin -> Video Gallery -> Settings page.
