Can not answers with image Suddenly

    This plugin is great and works well and I set it auto-renew at the start. However, one day my users told me that they can not upload the image when answers, I WROTE an email to anspress team, they told me they will help me to solve this problem and charge me $85/hours. I still doubt their plugin detects my user’s surge and closes this function for my website.

    No we do not do that.

    You may have reached to our premium support. You may need to post general issues in our community support/WP support before reaching to premium support.

    This could be related to last update where we have removed some deprecated jQuery functions.

    Please update your ratings and will look into this and if this is related to last update we will surely fix this.

    Thanks for updating stars. We are developing AnsPress since last 7 years just for the appreciation.

    BTW, I tried to replicate your issue but it seems all working as expected. Please share a video (with browser console open) so that we can check the issue. Its working fine in our development site, check here:
