    SOMETHING WENT WRONG

    This occurs after trying to back up either full back up or just the uploads.

    Please can you help?

    Dear @sarahwilko ,

    Thank you for getting in touch and also sharing the backup log file.

    We have a few recommendations which may help with this.

    1) Could you increase the Max execution time from the hosting? It’s currently 120 and taking into account that backup is a complex process, it may not be enough for a successful backup.

    2) Besides, please, go to the plugin settings and change the Number of Rows to Backup At Once value to 1000.

    3) Again, from the plugin settings, please, make the Request Frequency from 2 to 5.

    Let us know when you do try the recommendations and perform another backup.
    In case it fails again, please, post the failed backup log file in this thread for us to check.

    Could you, please, check the permission of this folder /wp-content/uploads/backup-guard?
    If it’s not 755, please, make it 755.

    P.S. The issue seems like the same but it’s actually very different. So, we are kindly asking you to open another support thread and post the reply there.

    Hello,
    I’m still having issues backing up my uploads.
    This is a copy of my log file – is there anything I can try – I have a big update to do & I don’t want to carry it out without a full backup.
