Can not change default image

    I am new to website building. I am using the Astra template and using Elementor. There is no option to change the background image. Iam following a YouTube guid eon how to do this. In the creator’s video, he goes to Edit section> display and the current image appears which can be replaced. This option does not appear for me. He has responded to my query and suggested to go to Elementor -> Settings -> Features and set ‘Flexbox Container’ to ‘disable’. This has not made a difference .Can someone advise me on how to do this?

    Hello @tee150 ,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Please note that you can only edit contents created using Elementor, in Elementor.

    If the content is created using Astra, then it won’t be possible to use Elementor to make changes to it.

    Can you please share a link to the page where you are facing the issue so that I can have a better understanding of the problem?

    Also, please include a screenshot of the section you are trying to change.

    Hi thanks very much. This is the screenshot of what appears. I think I am in Elementor. I am using Elementor but selected a template from the Astra theme. The issue is in Elementor> Style

    Hello,

    For background images, when you click on a container they are under the style tab.
    If its an image widget then you can click on the widget directly!

    Hi I understand. I have gone through this many times. It does not give me an image to change. I don’t have this function available in the style section.

    Can you please share screenshots of your settings that you are trying to change. A video would be better so that I can guide you better.
