Can not commit files to the subversion

    Hello I have problems with uploading my plugin files to the subversion repository: Each time I try to it says “Access forbidden”

E:\Documents\Dropbox\Dev\Wordpress\aCategory\trunk\readme.txt
Commit failed (details follow):
access to '/!svn/ver/393097/a%C2%B4category-dropdown-list/trunk' forbidden

    My login and password is good. I use TortoiseSVN on Win7 x64…
    I searched about the error on the forum but it does not help…

    The problem sems to be the repository link. Plugins support advised to re-submit the plugin.
