Can not connect to Amazon S3

  • Hi,

    I been trying to connect to Amazon S3 but it keep saying: ERROR .. Error occured. Please check again all informations.

    The problem is when I enter the region, US East (N. Virginia) us-east-1, but this information is correct if not I will not be able to connecting to Amazon S3 bucket with Media Cloud either.

    I would appreciate your help.

    Can you please give me your Media Storage to Cloud error log?

    You will find the logs option from Media Storage to Cloud >> Logs (From the WordPress dashboard menu)
